March will some of starting hot period. You can enjoy Bangkok any period of the year as the weather won't affect you much of travel. During May-September might be some rain here.
However, whenever you come to Bangkok, the weather will not be that bad to stop you to explore the city.

I visited once in my life Thailand in March. I was great fun there this season is best for travelling point of view. I wait to visit gain there in next month of March.
