I am from Turkey & I heard from someone that pattaya beach is one of the beauitiful beach in the world, I would like to have been there .. but what about wheather of pattaya theses days ???

Chef Bernard is best restaurant at pattaya.. Last time we visit there only.. More affordable prices and their fish soup is to die for.. I am curious are they still open?
