Hilton Pattaya today announced its latest exquisite wine dinner promotion at Flare restaurant. The promotion is held in partnership with a true veteran of the Australian wine industry, Leigh Gilligan, and will feature vintages from Australia’s premier region, McLaren Vale.
Guests can enjoy delicious Australian cuisine such as aged Angus beef and Australian seafood. Aged Tenderloin, Lemon Smoked Salmon and Blackened Scallops will also be featured on a menu known simply in Australia as “Surf & Turf”. Each of the six courses will be accompanied with wines chosen for their ability to compliment the cuisine.
Mr. Leigh Gilligan will guide all guests through some of the finest Australian wines matched with the essential tastes of his homeland.
