Hilton Pattaya has introduced a fresh, new menu at its Flare restaurant that would feature the authentic taste of Thai cuisine. The new menu is available from Friday 1 March 2013.

Guests will enjoy flavors traditionally found in rural Thai kitchens that have been combined with the finest products sourced from around the globe such as Maine lobster, French oysters and Australian filet. The dishes will include massaman curry, sweet clam curry betel leaves, sun-dried Kurobuta pork & palm heart salad as well as spicy minced beef tossed with lime and roasted crushed rice. In addition, wine from Thailand’s fledgling vineyards will be available to perfectly complement the subtle flavours.

The quiet ambience of Flare together with its subtle lighting and translucent curtains is the perfect setting for such a revival. Dishes will be served at the center table as this allows for interactive family dining while enjoying the simple pleasure of good food in contemporary surrounds. Tableside preparation of selected dishes will also be a feature of this dining experience.
