I have never been there in my life but have an idea about Mueang Chiang Mai is a famous municipality in Thailand. This is famous among travelers due to the cultural capitals of the country. A perfect point to learn something new while your traveling time.

Why not, let me share with you about this.
A PCR test is needed to enter the country if visitors have not been immunized or have not recovered. If the next leg of the journey takes you to a nation where a PCR test is necessary for entrance, you also need health insurance with a coverage of at least US$10,000.

Well, Jason. Thanks for sharing this massive stuff with us. I have noted this and will surely love to go there in December. What do you think is it a right time to go there or not?
This is too late, and I think this is the time to hear the story, if you are here, of the things you enjoy. How many days did you stay here, and how many things did you enjoy there? If someone is here and knows about it, share here.
